Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, engage with clients in-person and virtually, and grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building local customer base and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships and convert one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear communication.
