Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a United States TurboTax location.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support clients in person and virtually as part of a collaborative team. You will also grow the local client base and nurture relationships within the community, leveraging Intuit marketing tools to build a thriving practice that aligns with our mission to Power Prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and local events.
• Coordinate with tax specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
