Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a dedicated TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, spanning personal and business income, deductions, and planning, while collaborating with specialists across advisory services. You will actively grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events and partnerships, and serve as the local face of TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Hold EA, CPA, or active practicing attorney designation with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (federal/state 1040).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 (IRS rules).
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
