Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at dedicated locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support software solutions while acting as the bridge to Intuit’s broader services. You’ll grow your local client base through proactive outreach and community engagement, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into more complex services with training from Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business
• Must be willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Serve as community ambassador and drive local client growth
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a full financial picture is understood
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax-related challenges
