Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a on-site capacity at one of our locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You will also drive local business growth, engage with the community, and help clients navigate complex financial situations, from simple W-2 filings to more advanced tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain professional service standards.
• Engage with the local community to build trusted relationships and promote TurboTax services.
