Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. As a Local Service Expert, you will act as a trusted advisor, grow the client base in the local community, and ensure a seamless customer experience using state-of-the-art tools.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA credentials preferred or in progress
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to expand services beyond tax filing with training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients
• Identify deductions and optimize tax outcomes
• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory referrals when needed
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax presence
