Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands‑on tax preparation and guidance, serving both in‑person and virtual clients while coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem. You will help grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end client experience, leveraging marketing support and software tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Active PTIN and knowledge of current tax laws, including personal and business scenarios.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital channels.
• Maintain compliance and participate in ongoing training and development.
