Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns onsite, while growing a local client base and linking clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will deliver personalized tax solutions, foster relationships, and create a trusted community presence through events and outreach, ensuring an exceptional customer experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and drive customer loyalty.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships to transform one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
