Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts. You will deliver in-person tax prep and expert advice, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience.

You’ll build local relationships, drive community engagement, and leverage Intuit marketing resources to grow your client base, while delivering year-round support for complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client needs.
