Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the U.S. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support for individual and small business clients.

You will grow the local client base, partner with specialists, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while providing a high‑quality end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attny qualifications with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Interest in upskilling to bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Kenntnisse

EA / CPA / Attorney qualified

Tax preparation experience

Active PTIN

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Onsite client engagement

Ability to explain complex tax topics
