Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to cover bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, organize community events, and act as a trusted Intuit guide, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional Intuit teams to deliver end‑to‑end client experiences.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and build lasting client relationships.
