Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at new TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support their financial goals. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with tax and financial professionals to tailor solutions for personal and business needs, year round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to complete all required training and development.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and organize outreach events.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to generate year-round engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
