Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support, connecting clients with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or pursuing relevant licensure.
• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Engage in discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
