Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, lead outreach, organize events, and help clients

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Act as a connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists across Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base and drive local customer loyalty through outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
