Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless, year‑round Intuit experience. You will help grow the local client base, establish lasting relationships, and participate in community outreach and events using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; willing to be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building local/community presence and creating tax‑related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and guide clients toward financial goals.
