Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a suite of Intuit services to grow a local practice.

You will collaborate with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, including planning, bookkeeping and payroll, while engaging with the community to build trust and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Mandatory training and development, including compliance and cross-training requirements.
• Willingness to wear company uniforms and participate in advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online social presence, creating tax tips and educational content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local growth by outreach, events, referrals and partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and educate clients to improve financial outcomes.
• Maintain on-site presence and collaborate with a team of tax professionals.
