Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance for TurboTax clients at a local location. You will engage with customers in person and virtually, building trusted relationships while leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

The role emphasizes community outreach, cross-selling related services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax's presence in the community.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
• Develop long-term relationships that turn one-time transactions into recurring partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually using Intuit tools.
