Role emphasizes in-person work with some virtual client support. Candidates should be tax‑savvy, with EA/CPA or attorney credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video conferencing tools
• Maintain on-site presence during standard hours and participate in continuous training
