Intuit is seeking seasoned TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will work on-site, collaborate with tax specialists, and provide end-to-end support from personal to business tax scenarios.

Ideal candidates have EA/CPA credentials, 3+ years of return filing experience, PTIN, and a willingness to expand services. Flexible scheduling and direct involvement in local marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN issued by the IRS to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with provided training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit services beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and recurring engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and modern communication tools.
