Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax - Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform in-person and virtual tax services, becoming the trusted advisor for clients and supporting the Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with tax specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver comprehensive solutions, while actively growing the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with other Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Engage clients in local events, seminars, and ongoing support through marketing tools and resources.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
