Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive tax preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships through trusted client engagement and outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
