Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and conscientious client service at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will build a local client base, deliver integrated tax and financial services, and collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client experiences. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week; hours may expand during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; name/photo use for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, partnerships, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Maintain long-term relationships and cross-sell services as appropriate.
