Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will provide on-site and virtual tax services, act as trusted advisors, and help customers navigate tax needs while building lasting relationships with the local community. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, advising clients, and connecting them with broader Intuit solutions.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season preferred
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete all required Intuit training and development
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Support clients with personal and business income, deductions, amendments
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear financial guidance
