Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for both in-person and virtual clients, while coordinating with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.

As a local ambassador, you will grow your client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end service.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
