Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.

You’ll grow the local client base and connect customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem. Join a team that values entrepreneurial spirit, community involvement, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience and strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms; may be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end client service across Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
