Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while helping clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios and connecting them with broader Intuit services.

You will build a local client base, lead community outreach, and collaborate with marketing tools to grow TurboTax’s presence, delivering an exceptional customer experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (federal/state) prepared per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law basics.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Ability to promote local TurboTax presence and client growth.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to other Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end service with in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and guidance through tax season and beyond.
