Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for end-to-end service.

You will actively grow the local client base through outreach and events, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a high-quality experience during tax season and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience with professionals.
