Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of offerings.

Build a local client base, lead community outreach, and ensure a premier customer experience in person and virtually. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing your local presence and helping

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Will to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location with regular daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver comprehensive tax scenarios including personal and business income.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer integrated services.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
