Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broader set of Intuit services to support their financial goals. You will act as a community ambassador, building local relationships, driving growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience both in person and through Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to-upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Coordinate with other Intuit experts for comprehensive financial solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools where applicable.
• Build lasting client relationships and educate customers on broader Intuit services.
