Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while promoting Intuit’s mission.

As a Local Service Expert, you will drive local growth, organize community events, and serve as the local face of TurboTax. This role emphasizes community partnerships, personalized service, and cross‑selling of Intuit solutions

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise—complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador—build a local customer base via outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem—connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build Relationships—develop long-term trust with clients through helpful service.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience—professional, helpful, and focused on client goals.
