Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, while building a local client base and collaborating with a network of specialists.

You will work in a collaborative team, handle personal and business tax scenarios, and promote Intuit’s ecosystem, offering long‑term support and year‑round service.

Qualifications

• Active professional licenses (EA, CPA, or state attorney) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite and 20+ hours per week during tax season.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to Intuit policies, including uniforms and branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
