Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support software usage.

You will build a local client base, foster trust in the community, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Your role includes outreach and education to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite presence and 20+ hours/week availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
