Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a complete client experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit in the community, delivering a best-in-class service from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, ~20 hours/week; potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; adheres to Intuit policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador; develop a local customer base and lead community events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year‑round support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
