Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients to a broader Intuit ecosystem, growing local clientele through community engagement.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service, supporting 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules and on-site client meetings.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Work onsite with a team to deliver end-to-end TurboTax service.
