Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform full-service returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Grow your local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving practice while helping clients achieve financial goals year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training from Intuit.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising activities.
• Ability to build local community presence and client relationships.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Act as a local ambassador and grow the client base through outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
