Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients, while growing your local practice.

You’ll engage with the community through events and outreach, leveraging marketing tools to attract clients, strengthen relationships, and expand local expertise in tax

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and manage outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build relationships to transform one-time clients into long-term partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist with inquiries using Intuit tools.
