Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support clients using TurboTax software, while collaborating with a broader team. You’ll grow the local client base, host community events, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or tax attorney background with strong preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead local growth with outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver holistic financial guidance.
• Help clients in person and via Intuit tools, addressing tax questions and planning.
