Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Own local market growth through outreach, community events, referrals, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Act as a trusted guide within the Intuit ecosystem, linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services as needed.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
