Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with a team to provide personal and business tax guidance, connect clients with Intuit’s broader services, and grow the local client base through community engagement.

You will handle simple to complex tax scenarios, participate in local events, and represent Intuit with a client‑centered approach across in‑person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional experience with deep knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for tax filing.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients and complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Deliver exceptional service with professional conduct and clear communication.
