Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll help grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit tools to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, all while delivering outstanding service in person

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and maintain professional standards onsite.
