Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms; advertising use of your name/picture.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work with marketing tools and resources to create community engagement opportunities.
