Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle hands-on tax preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, while growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end service.

You will partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to ensure customers’ complete financial picture is addressed in person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation for simple to complex cases.
• Lead client discovery and tax planning to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Discuss holistic financial services: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, advisory.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
