Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands‑on tax advice, preparation, and software support for both in‑person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community outreach while leveraging Intuit marketing tools to expand

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years tax prep experience with 1040s using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with Intuit training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and development per business needs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive year‑round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and digital interactions.
