Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join fast-growing locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, complete returns, and guide clients through deductions, credits, and future planning.

As a local ambassador, you will drive community engagement, organize workshops, and build a client base while showcasing Intuit's ecosystem. Onsite work during peak hours with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to file federal and state tax returns.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimal refunds.
• Act as a local ambassador, building a community presence and client base.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
