Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts in a new TurboTax location. You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and partner with the local community to grow a client base while promoting Intuit’s full ecosystem.

The role emphasizes on‑site work, evenings during peak season, and a client‑facing, high‑touch approach to empower customers with smart financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Lead local events and partnerships with community and business groups.
• Cross-sell Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll to fit client needs.
