Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and help customers navigate tax needs.

You will build local relationships, lead outreach events, and guide clients through preparation with Intuit tools, ensuring a trusted, high-quality experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Organize and lead local events and outreach to build a new local customer base.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Guide clients through tax engagements and referrals to related Intuit services.
