Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return prep, provide tax advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping and advisory services, all while building lasting community relationships.

You will drive growth, deliver a best-in-class experience, and represent Intuit across local marketing initiatives. Flexible hours may scale during tax season.

Qualifications

• Active credentials preferred (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax prep knowledge.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Training and development commitments, including compliance and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Build long-term client relationships and connect to Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
