Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while integrating with a broader team of specialists.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering end-to-end tax solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in person and via virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• ≥3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future tax years.
