Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and partnering with specialists across services.

You’ll be the local face of TurboTax, building relationships, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, and engaging with the community through events and education.

Qualifications

• Credential preferred: EA/CPA/Attorney with tax expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team of tax specialists for end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class Intuit experience and proactive guidance.
• Support additional services like bookkeeping or payroll when appropriate.
