Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for personal and small-business clients, connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to serve the community effectively.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Engage with clients in person and via video tools to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Represent Intuit in local events and community outreach.
